I saw what you were talking about in regards to your Kroger Saver Card giving you a discount at Shell gas stations.

While passing through Virginia, coming back from vacation, I noticed Shell signs and billboards stating:

"Your Kroger Card Now Earns You .10 cents Off Per Gallon at Your Local Shell"

It's not like that in West Virginia though.
